Microneedling, also known as Collagen Induction Therapy or Microchanneling, is a minimally invasive procedure which creates a controlled injury under the skin's surface. This activates the body's natural collagen inducing response, generating new layers of tissue packed with elastin and collagen, fibers. Microneedling / Collagen Induction Therapy is just as the name suggests. This process causes your body to stimulate its own production of collagen and elastin renewing and repairing lines, wrinkles, scarring, and sagging skin. An add-on treatment of Precision Line Reduction uses condensed micro-needles to get into those deeper lines and soften, and in many cases, erase their appearance. A numbing cream will be applied prior to the treatment area so there will be minimal sensation.

RECOVERY

Immediately after the procedure, your treatment area will be pink and you may feel a little "heat" similar to a mild sunburn. This redness usually resides within 8-48 hours. You may also experience a little skin flaking or peeling 3-5 days following treatment.

Most clients will notice improvements in their skin the next day after treatment. Initial results usually include improved skin tone and improved skin texture.
